Alie arrived at our 1st-grade classroom wearing a sweatshirt with a hood. I asked her to take off her hood, and she refused. I thought she was just being difficult and ignored it. After breakfast we got in line for art, and I noticed that she still had not removed her hood. When we arrived at the art room, I said: “Allie, I’m not playing. It’s time for art. The rule is no hoods or hats in school.”

Waiting for this baby to come. Feeling a bit like this girl in the first minute (the Plum is Harry, natch). I expect the first months to be a bit like what follows.
Just a quick post to let those that don’t already know that I am currently in Cambodia praying to Oprah, Eliza is busy having a real life human baby and the kitty cat that does all the work on this blog is off on annual leave. So until he gets back, we’ll be having a brief sojourn. Peace.

- Can’t move properly, likely to die in the wild
- Colour of the eraser on the end of a pencil (white babies only)

- Overly proud of butt smoothness, probably
- Suffer from unusual diseases e.g. colic
- Need assistance w/ burping
- They will grow up to be teens one day
- Teens is bad news
